Shipping
We ship all orders via US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Signature confirmation is required on most items. Online tracking is provided and shipments can be tracked online.
All items are insured by the carrier and by our third-party independent insurance company.
For special delivery accommodations and options (e.g. overnight, rush, etc.) please contact us.
We only ship within the United States. For global orders, we can ship through the eBay Global Shipping Program. (Please note, all international shipping costs and customs fees are calculated and collected by eBay.)
All orders must be shipped to the confirmed address provided by eBay and/or Paypal.
Sales Tax:
Only shipments to New York addresses are required taxable by state and local law. Out of state orders are tax-free. (Please note: if purchasing from us via eBay, sales tax will be automatically added to your order by eBay.)
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Make sure you contact us first before opening a case to ensure a positive and smooth return.
Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of your purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition as sold. All boxes, receipts, certificates, and/or documentation must be returned as well.
Refunds given as money back, store credit, or exchange (customer’s choice).
Absolutely no refunds will be given for bullion and bullion related products (gold, silver and platinum whose prices are influenced by the daily market price).
Items that have been altered will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping:
We recommend United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express with signature confirmation and full insurance. Items valued over $1,000 should be sent using a 1-day shipping service. Forward us the tracking number and make sure the package can be tracked and confirmed online.
Please note, we do not refund return shipping costs.
