For damaged items, we file a claim with shipping company and as soon as the claim is complete, we will ship out the replacement. When contacting us about damaged items, please include
your order number and a brief description of the damage and if the shipping box was damaged. Please hold on to all shipping boxes as the shipping company  may ask for a pickup of the damaged goods or they may physically come out to inspect.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied, we will fully refund, less shipping costs.
